Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F
In a mixing bowl add 10 grams of corn starch and 30 grams of sugar.
Separate the egg whites.
Using a hand mixer beat the egg whites until frothy. You can also use a hand whisk for this step.
Slowly incorporate sugar, followed by the corn starch. It should start getting frothy and bubbly.
Beat until it forms stiff peaks.
To make it blue add one drop of blue food coloring. I used McCormick's Neon Blue.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mound the meringue onto the parchment paper and lightly flatten the top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
